RIOT!!!!! FIX YOUR CLIENT!!!!! I AM OUT OF MY GAME!!!!!

After every game I get to sit there and wait for 3 minutes while my "game is still in progress". literally have to close the client and can't report or honor anyone. Is that how you all are fixing over reporting? piss everyone off and make them wait an hour after their game is finished before you can report? good plan! I thought yall would have fixed this but here we are 5 months later and the problem is only getting worse. I can't be the only person experiencing this.
