What is going on with client???

Second time in a row i have queued for ranked (really low rank provisions doesn't matter) It would get through bans and champ select after waiting about 6 mins in total just to get in a game, someone dodges then the client just goes black and I can't do anything. I think "yea, sure...it happens." Then I ctrl+alt+delete it away and get back in queue, (then suffering a 5 min dodge time due to the client freezing and going black not letting me lock in my champ on my turn) it again happens when I try to change talents... couldn't ban on my turn cause the client was froze again. Now i don't think personally it was a lot of time. But to some 40+ mins because I now have to get in queue again it a bit of time.
