Darkstar Thresh Visual Glitch

So, I was playing Darkstar Thresh and I my shield got stuck to me. I threw down lantern on myself, then got ulted in by Kalista. When I came out of her ult, the shield was gone but the visual remained on me for the rest of the game. Even after I died once. Video shows the events that led to the infinishield. Apologies for no sound. OBS decided to not record the sound for some reason.

While this isnt "gamebreaking", it was quite annoying to have to tell myself throughout the game that I didnt actually have a shield.
