[GAMEPLAY] Aatrox W restarts counter after reborn from passive

When you have your W as Aatrox charged (next attack will have bonuses) a you die with passive -> your passive starts doing its thing, after reborn from passive you have to stack your W again - it mostly cause dead as you are not enable to heal with W in the shortest time. It seems to me that it should continue counting normally. Simply, after passive your W resets stacks.
