Remake Doesnt Work Sometimes

If player Leaves even 1 second after the game starts and even if the announcer says that he disconnected the game tells me i cannot remake since no1 has left when in reality the player has disconnected. had afks in 5 games in row 2 of which i could not remake. some trolls abuse this to get others to lose exp. once i just won a game against someone and he got mad just because he lost i didnt use chat at all . after that game i go into queue again and i get him on my team. he goes afk after 5 seconds and we cannot remake. we could not win that game. other issue is that remake drains autofill protetion which is not fair. if i dont get XP or LP then why am i getting punished for my enemy or my teammate leaving the game
