Just played a game with an enemy Neeko. She was at Level 1, with 583 life, and started with the AP support item and a health potion. Throughout the entire game, when my team and I saw her on the map, she was always at level 1, had 583/583 life, and had those same items, despite being level 9 with a Luden's. Made it difficult to see how much poke we had landed, so was hard to really know whether we could win fights.
I'd love if Riot would publicly address this. It's been in game for a bit now and is fairly game breaking. Why hasn't Neeko been disabled until this bug is fixed?
The same bug happened to me in a ranked game. It was really frustrating and she was pretty much unkillable in lane since you can't take any risk around her if you don't know how much hp she is missing. I saw posts about it from over 20 DAYS AGO and it's still in the game. I just hope they will disable her until it's fixed because it is truly game breaking.
The same happend to me in the game, my friend tried looking through the replay because the enemy neeko did some weird things in the start of the game, and we ended up being able to recreate it, so its a thing you can exploit. In the early game as neeko if you copy the looks of a friendly champion and then show yourselves to the enemy without getting hit by anything, just quickly show yourselves and go back. After this go into fug of war and use Q (havent tried other spells) on the tower. BAM! and you have achived exploiting a broken bug in the game. To the enemies you will have the same name as the guy you coped and your health will constantly be full while looking like you are level 1. Please fix this Riot, this is a really broken exploit that people will abuse. https://imgur.com/u7M291m In the picture you can see that the neeko and the twitch has the same name, which is because of the bug. Honestly ridiculous that this hasn't been fixed in 9.21 but they did fix her not being able to un-disguise. This bug is gamebreaking not being able to tell when or not to engage.
