Minimally to absolutely Non-Responsive Champion select

This BUG is making me have no choice but to dodge queue and restart client at times

Issue: not being able to Ban whilst Timer completely ticks out but stays at 25 seconds or skips 3 - 10 seconds and no being able to select anything, champion-select is virtually non-responsive

Re-create BUG: 1: Leave client on for several hours in background, 5 - 10 hours 2: Begin draft/ranked search 3: accept the match 4: Ban timer stops for seconds at first, and eventually a few hours later it stops and champion select is rendered completely Non-Responsive (as time goes on the problem gets progressively worse)

Current workaround: Task manager END TASK, Reload
