What happened to my Armor Pen/ Lethality marks?

I could have sworn I had armor pen marks before, shouldn't they have turned into Lethality marks? Where did they go? Did I never have Armor Pen marks? I swear I did. Can someone look into this?

You should submit a Support Ticket for them to look into it.
