Champ Select Didn't even load in. Gave me a Black Screen Client

So this is the third time this has happened to me. As proof I'll show what happened.

But honestly, does this happen to other people too? You get in champ select and the screen goes black and you cant even see whats going on, so you're forced to dodge, or wait it out?
