Draft mode champion lock issues

So two games in a row now....my game won't let me select and lock my champion in draft mode with my friends...resulting in a dodge...and i get to stack up wait times.....

The first game it stopped showing progress after the first champion was selected on our team, meaning there were two picks on their team and one pick on my team before it'd be my turn to pick. The second time it got my turn to pick, i got to select my champ...caitlyn...then it wouldn't let me lock, the bar was grayed out. so i just got to sit there til it dodged me.

Update: Well after my 13+ min wait i tried another draft by myself. It let me lock in and everything. So i really don't know what the issue could have been
