[GAMEPLAY] Green ward undetectable by Pink

In the blue team jungle a green ward was placed that was undetectable by my pink ward. Only my trinket was able to see it. The ward was placed on blue side jungle, over the wall into the brush leading into the river on the right side of blue buff. I placed my pink at almost the same time that the green was placed and it was some how undetectable until I later came back and used my trinket. It almost looked like the ward was IN the wall.

Try to repeat the same scenario described above.

A replay system should be riot's top priority in order to quickly eliminate these sort of bugs instead of relying solely on players attempting to recreate it. That being said, sorry I don't have anyone to attempt to recreate this scenario with.
