[GAMEPLAY] Zed's shadow's Q goes invisible

I main and been knowing this bug for quite a while now. Around levels 2 to 4, the combo (W + Q) or (W + E/Q + E/Q) works although once you put your shadow down and immediately (not together) press Q, Zed would throw his Q but not his shadow. I find this very buggy and hard to trade early game. This bug doesn't really affect levels 6 to 18 because I don't know why.
