Galactic Azir Bug

I recently got Galactic Azir and I've played with him quite a bit. But whenever he loads into a game and moves around, his model gets stuck doing the spawning animation. Also, I've noticed that his character inking doesn't go completely around him and it kinda bugs me. (Look at his wing thingies) I hope this was helpful.
