I have been having this problem one game when I was playing katarina and I could not use my q ability nor my ultimate ability, nor could I back. Is anyone else experiencing this problem?

Had the same problem, lasted like 10 minutes. Couldn't back, couldn't q, nor r. Lost that game :\
