Sion Q Crashes Game

This is a bug that has been reported months ago by others, but I did not experience until today. While playing Sion activating my Q caused my ping to skyrocket. I then was told the game was reconnecting. I was unable to reconnect quickly by waiting, so I exited the game and tried to reconnect that way, each time requiring multiple tries. This happened five times in one match, also known as the five times I tried using my Q. I then went into a custom game to test it, and crashed the game when I used Q on the fountain. Please look into this. Thank you.
