URF gamemode not letting me connect???

I can't connect to the game no matter what I do. I resetted internet and everything (this is during the maintenance of ranked q but urf doesnt let me connect either)???

Update: now I am in the loading screen idk what happened Ok so i loaded in and then everyone but 1 person on my team was connected. They reconnected aroudn the same time i did. 1 other person is still not connected
