League Repairing in middle of my Rank Game

Hello Summoners,

ok heres a weird problem. i have been playing LOL for 2 days without any problem except for the "2 try" login bug which has already been reported. but now as of today i logged in perfectly fine and started my Ranked game. during the login screen i got a bugsplat error and league closed. when i tried to login a message box appeared saying there might be a corrupt league file and it needs repair i have restarted the client several times but it wont allow me to log in. my question is why did this not happen when i logged into league for the first time? and is anyone else had the same issue? im worried about losing my game and getting reported for afk for no reason.
