GAMEPLAY (Janna, Q)

Haven't played Janna in a while, just played a game where I would hit Q, the attack would start, but the smart cast overlay did not go away and I could not press Q again to early activate the tornado.

Was also playing as Star Guardian Janna. Haven't tried this without the skin.
