Commando Lux Skin E Particle Bug

Commando Lux's E particle can not be seen when thrown, although when it lands on terrain it can be visible only by its red-dashed circle and a flicker of light in the middle. Other skins do not appear to show the same defect.

Please fix immediately. The comparative lack in visibility is frustrating when it comes to ranked games.

I personally don't have the Commando Lux skin but have all others. I noticed this bug during a ranked game against an opponent Commando Lux. If anyone has noticed the same thing I would like them to post below a picture.
