PBE Install issues. Can Anyone help?

I was accepted to join the PBE but when I try to install it, It freezes on 71% and the MBps drops too 0 and ends up timing out forcing me to restart the entire download process. I tried 4 or 5 times with no luck. I checked any settings, Turned off AV, firewall, connected to LAN , Tried via WIFI and nothing has helped the problem. Anyone else having this problem or Did have this problem and knows a proper solution?
