Waiting entire business day for a store issue ticket reply?
Hello, It's been a while since I played the game and bought a skin (3250 RP) yesterday briefly before the server crashed. After the server is back the skin is not available, the RP I spent are taken away from me, so I submitted a ticket.
I would ask to know if it is okay to wait _ENTIRE BUSINESS DAY _ and not get a mere reply let alone someone handle the issue. The Riot Support I remember from couple of years ago were lightning fast when it came to purchases and dealing with such issues.... what is wrong with Riot Support now?
