Lux abilities invisible?

Just did a ranked game as Graves where most of the enemy support Lux's abilities were invisible. Her Q W and R were invisible until they did damage (her R didn't have the little red beam but the rainbow was visible. Just wondering if anyone else has had this problem. I'm assuming it's a bug with the new patch.
