Bard Passive Greyed Out in New Hud Minor 'bug' [GAMEPLAY]

It probably seems trivial but as a Bard main with OCD this kinda bothers me! His passive in the ability bar of the new HUD is greyed out like an ability that hasn't been acquired yet. Here's hoping something this minor gets fixed :)
