[GAMEPLAY] Can't cast abilities properly after this patch.

Sometimes I walk up to use an ability, get there, press left click and nothing happens because somehow the pre-cast UI interface vanished out of thin air.

I've found out that right click apparently flat-out cancels ability circles (I'm not using Smartcast or Line Missile Display). Was it always like this? I can't be 100% sure, it certainly feels clunky. I can't imagine I've played like this all my life.

Riot, there are people out there that don't use smartcast, and that still use the original circle-around-your-own-champion ability range indicator (the original, before Line Missile Display was created), please fix this. It's seriously unplayable.

PS: If any user can tell me if right click always cancelled ability circles then let me know while also telling me if you use Line missile display or not.

PS2: Line missile display is the ==================> skillshot indicator that you see used for some abilities, I'm not using that, I see the circle that you see when casting point-and-click abilities at all times (that's my preference).
