Vel'Koz animation bug [GAMEPLAY]

I was playing a game with my friends as Vel'Koz and I noticed every 2nd and 3rd auto it would not do the auto animation as it did in the 1st auto. My auto would still do damage but it didn't do the animation. I also noticed sometimes when I would use an ability my Vel'Koz character would freeze in the middle of the ability animation. I could still move and if I auto or use another ability it would go away but sometimes just come right back again. Not sure why it is doing this but it started in the new patch 5.23
