[Game Play] Bami's Cinder is already a grown up sun fire cape

I was trying out jungle with Sion, so I got enemy red first and then cleared out my jungle. Then, I proceeded to buy Bami's Cinder item 3751 and it displayed a sunfire cape item 3068 buff. By level 15 it will do 23-24 damage to lane minions but it had remained constant since I bought it. upgraded to sunfire cape item 3068 and the damage. You know what, never-mind maybe it was just the buff display the tricked me.

Well remember, Bami's Cinder deals 50% extra damage to monsters and minions, which means at level 15 it's going to be dealing ~30 damage to them. Upgrading it to Sunfire Cap would bump that damage up to 40 against everything.
