[Visual Bug] Zilean's bombs disappear instead of blowing up.

I just finished a game on ARAM as Nautilus, and the opposing team had a Zilean (and was using the Time Machine skin if that is relevant), and when ever his Q's exploded, instead of the explosion particles I just see a tiny green square in the center of the would-be explosion. This occurred with every Q he threw, and it didn't matter if it was on the ground or if it was on his allies or enemies.
