[Gameplay] Sion's emotes wont play sound after a fully charged q

As the title suggests, it seems that after throwing down a fully charged q, Sion's voice from all emotes aside from laugh wont play. From what I've noticed it happens every time I do the q thing and the sound will not play until I die.
