Cannot ban in New Client
Got home was forced to download the new client then attempted to play a ranked game where nothing came up on the screen when it was my turn to ban. (Just reporting the bug)

Got a similar issue. I could see champs but i couldn't search for a particular one in the search box. Nowi need to wait 6 mins for the dodge penalty
