Keyboard Delays

So its my first time playing league since 9.10 and ive noticed that at around 6 mins in game, i start getting Keyboard input delays whereby when i press an ability, try to open chat box, check the score board or anything like that , i get a long delay before any of it happens, Its very annoying, can anyone help me figure out a solution? or atleast tell me why this is happening
