insane lag,freezes and game crash

as tittle says game lags badly,freezes for 2 to 5 seconds or it just crashes and i cant close League of Legends.exe process nice job rito ;) you broke the game witin patch 5.09 and 5.12 if anyone is having same issues please post thanks

for fixing the unkillable process i tried this batch file i ve made with 50% chance of working,the other 50% chance says cannot kill the process cause its not running (?)
