Ascension Rek'Sai Bug - [Can I Get Baned?]

Gonna make this short.. I found out about rek sai ascension bug..And i used it twice..Most of the times players says that they will report me,but,i was wondering,can i get baned for it?

About the bug...

You place tunnel in your base...Then TP with that thing in Trinket place...And then ult in your base tunnel,and you cant get killed for about 30 secs...But you can attack enemys with basic attack...

TIP:Just build crit and ez kills :P
