Skip waiting for stats results in 0 lp gain

I was playing on my smurf with my boyfriend and we won the first game putting me at 99 LP. The second game we played (linked below), we won, but both got the "skip waiting for stats" screen and it wouldn't go away. So we skipped it, and we didn't get any LP for the game (it would have put me into promos)
