Cho'gath's [Vorpal Spikes] heard at spawn

While playing on blue side (haven't tested on red side as I've not been against a Cho'gath while on the red team), I could hear the enemy Cho'gath's new E sound effect while shopping and while idling with the shop closed. This happened in two games. In both instances we did not have vision of the enemy cho'gath while he was auto-attacking with his E enabled, but we heard the sound effects coming from our fountain. It's also not an issue with just one skin, as the two games I was able to test with, the enemy was using at first, gentleman cho'gath, and then second the classic cho'gath skin.
