Camera Lock

I'm not sure if anyone else has experienced this bug. I noticed today in game whenever I lock my camera, my champion moves in a glitchy and clunky feeling. To maybe describe better, it looks like the champion is moving frame by frame at 2fps, so basically a very unsmooth walk for my champ. This kinda bothers me because it makes my whole game seems like it has the same effect, and could honestly depend on weather my team can win a game or not (in some situations). I'm not computer savvy at all so if you have any ideas on how to fix this, please attempt to be as simple as possible. Thanks everyone and enjoy the rest of your day :)
