Ranked Game Not Recorded

[CLIENT] Ranked game failed to be recorded.

Multiple times we have played and won Twisted Treeline games that have been left with no proper results listed in the team, but left in the personal history logs of the summoners. We have suspended our game play since the four victories we've had as the first in our promotional games have gone uncredited.

Each player on FEISAR did a five second connect delay between each player.

As additional data, three of the games were played at our homes, with one (http://matchhistory.na.leagueoflegends.com/en/#match-details/NA1/2137486378/266024?tab=overview) played while I was at AFK, on hardware, a client, and a connection that I'm not in control of. This should rule out the problem being on our end.

This season is the first time we've been having these issues.

Even more additional data! This bug seems to extend beyond Twisted Treeline, as it removed one of my Solo Ranked games from my personal history, but still gave me LP. So, I just magically got LP. Exact same "wait for stats, but never have them appear" bit too.

Update: It also doesn't populate the "Recently Played" list with players from the vanishing game. Here's the RedLog:http://pastebin.com/5V3HksZY

Commenting here and linking the thread I just created today before seeing this. Our team is also experiencing this issue with 3v3 Ranked, and it seems to be the deciding game that would either put us into promotionals or move us up a tier that fails to record. It has happened to us 3 times in the past couple of days, and each time we've had 85+ LP. All other matches, wins and losses, seem to be working just fine.

There's been a number of similar reports recently after a bunch of other issues with ranked TT were reported earlier this season. Unfortunately, Riot doesn't seem to have acknowledged any of these problems.

Just got this from playing a blind game in 5s, but brings up half-data from a game from yesterday. I have no idea what is going on here.
