Any one having trouble with thier flash as well?

There has been time in the game when im running from the enemy and im unable to falsh. I would be mashing my flash button and after a while it would work or it would not and i would just die. At first i thought maybe fid or kass silince me when it happen the first couple of times but i was just running from galio and it would not flash. Yes if i was running i was not taunted. I tryed Unbinding and rebinding my keys but this did not work its still dose it now and again.
