wukong e q r combo needs to be fixed!

in this new patch the mechanics of wukong have been changed drastically. as a diamond wukong main with over 3k games on him i have noticed these subtle changes.

1. his q is affected by attack speed slows such as frozen heart and malphite q. unlike jax's w where its instant right after his first auto.
2. in past patches if u activated q before you e into the enemy you could ult right away and the q would still go off giving you the armor shred. in the current patch you have to wait for his q to fully go off then ult.
3. wukong has been underwelming as of late and he needs help!!!
