My friend's club is bugged and can't do anything about it

My friend has a club with us in it, and after the club issues he says he can't see the club, but the rest of the members can see him. Since he is the original owner he's the only one who can invite/kick or delete the club. He could be online but in the club list he won't appear online and so we are stuck. Any solution for this? My friends name is Leonardo Hawaian in NA
