[Client] After accepting game, champ select UI does not load

This has happened twice to me now. When accepting a game, and entering champ select, nothing loads. All that can be seen is the empty background image. Then, after the "hover" phase, the enemy side shows up and says "banning" and nothing else. Then nothing else shows up until I get kicked out of the game for not selecting anything, and receiving a dodge penalty.

Steps

1. Queue for a game (both times was in a group, issue only happened to me)
2. Accept game when queue pops
3. Enter game and watch nothing happen until you get removed.

Again, this is the second time this has happened to me. Twice in probably 30 games.
