My game wont update (May or may not be a bug and may just be my pc)

I woke up today (2/10/16) and league of legends needed to update. I let it update for 20 minutes... and it stayed at 0% and got to scan 600 files. This has never happened to me before. I then decided to close out league of legends to try to restart it, but this time it got even less files scanned. I have tried restarting my computer and everything but it still will not update.
