Ivern Bug Maybe???

I was spectating a friend of mine and noticed that the Ivern buffs left from Red/Blue camp were not pick-up able. I watched this go on several times throughout the match, no one was able to pick up the buff copies behind. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=4o0MvP1vtYc
