Hotfix Didn't fix the issue for me still

Hey Riot i know you guy's and gals are working hard trying to fix this issue I still have trouble loading up a custom training league takes atleast 5 minutes until it loads up says i have zero ping for the 5 minutes than finally loads the game.

and when i load in i've got 2-3 fps constantly still doesn't matter if i use windowed mode on lower resolution or higher or lower graphics still has 2-3 fps regardless.

Hotfix didn't work for me only running league and chrome in the background, hopefully this gets sorted out soon wishing you the best of luck!
