In client item tool tips don't show proper map restrictions (Wooglet's, Entropy)

Some items already display their map restrictions but I have found two items that do not. Both the Wooglet's Witchcap and Entropy do not say they are map specific in their tool tips and led me to believe that I could use them on Summoner's Rift. They do not show in game, but it is frustrating to carefully build a set and then not be able to use the items.
