Snow Day Ziggs bouncing bomb not showing the bomb

I was just in a game with a snow day ziggs on the other team, and whenever he would throw his q out, we wouldnt be able to see it but it would explode and we would take a ton of damage out of nowhere, is anyone else having this issue or is it just me.
