Bugged out Waiting Queue

So this morning URF was put back on the PBE for the rotation gamemode so obviously there will be a log in queue, well i was sitting in a log in queue for 2 hours, then i got to position 1 and it said retrieviong data from server then put me back to position 6000. this has happened to me twice today racking up about 3 hours worth of my time trying to log in. anybody else having this issue or is it just me
