{RANKED} When game should start loading, it just stops!?

Okay, so every now and then, often in ranked when the game should start loading (players loading) game just stops, then we all exit and we can't reconnect to it. After 5 minutes, i can finally go back to main menu. No lp lost, but it annoys me since we all wait and pick champions on ranked for nothing! Riot?
