My Computer crashed and now i have to wait 20 mins for 5 games

i was 15 mins into my game as malz and i escape a scrimich bot lane when my computer crahes , fixes itself and reboots by time i get in tthey surender and i get a penalty ,what is that about , how can people enjoy the game if were punished for playing

same here, I legit qued for rank, my game bugsplat before i could even buy my first item, then got a message saying my game was corrupted, and needs to re-install, 1hour later i re-log i have afk leave buster penalty 20.00 mins, RIOT has responded multiple times there is nothing they can do, so I have to get punished for new patch errors
