Didn't get "Snowdown in stylin' (Slay belle surprise)" icon
I wanna know if this one takes time for it to come, or if the same error happened to me like one of the Shurima ones. It's been a few hours and I still got nothing.

Unless Riot's upgraded their tech, icon rewards can be really fast or really slow. Get concerned if you don't have it tomorrow or the next day.
Edit: Also, with Shurima, you had to claim that on the website. There was a button to do so on the event page, though plenty of people missed it.
