[Freeze] Client locks up for 4/5th team just before Vi dies

4/5 of my teammates including me had their game clients freeze at the exact same time. The freeze of our clients occurred at 16:06 in the below game right before Vi dies (Vi was alive on all our screens when the client froze).

As the client was froze and not crashed we had to close the game via logging off or task manager and close the client by force in order to reconnect.

Lux, Vi, Mundo, Leona all froze, Lucian did not but he was in the top lane. No player on the enemy team was frozen.

There was also a slight freeze at 9:22 where my client froze for about 1 second as shyvana's projectile hit me. Not a game breaking issue but could be related to the team freeze as shyvana is the one who killed vi.
